As a lifelong athlete and former NCAA Division I Tennis player, Gary is motivated by constantly striving for more and never settling for anything less than the best. His business acumen and keen interest in relationship building have served as the bench mark of success for Feldman Real Estate. With newly commenced ventures, Gary has led the organization in maintaining the founding principles of “doing things as if you were doing them for yourself”.
Gary’s NCAA Tennis career paralleled studies in Communications at Bradley University. He is a licensed real estate broker and an avid adventurer.
As a tenet to joining FRE, Inc. we seek top quality candidates who are not afraid to work hard and play hard, and who will thrive as team members in a challenging yet fun and rewarding working environment. Jennifer brings a rich background in public affairs and strategic networking. Previous endeavors include high profile posts with State Senator Alberta Darling and Governor Tommy Thompson. Prior to joining Feldman Real Estate, Jennifer was with Inland Companies managing the Commercial Retail Department. She is a runner and yogi. Read about her little girl Rocky (bottom).
Jennifer holds a double major in International Relations and Political Science from UW-Madison and is a licensed real estate associate.
Marlene (Feldman)

Marlene has been the back bone of Feldman Real Estate from its conception applying a studious structure and distinct attention to detail making her work invaluable. Prior to her achievements at Feldman Real Estate, Marlene worked at numerous high profile companies including Allen Bradley. To this day, she contributes her hard work and passion for everyone’s benefit.
Marlene is an avid Bridge Player. Her tournament play has taken her around the country and in one milestone event, played alongside of Bill Gates and Warren Buffet.

We are all grateful for Rocky’s sharp vision and speed lighting reflexes when the office is under attack by killer squirrels and birds. A food connoisseur who prefers only organic, Rocky is motivated by the simple pleasures, including long naps, sleeping, and resting.
In her spare time, she volunteers at an elderly care center where she is the star performer. She is a perfect companion during the fall and winter months for her motivating glances and cuddly affection.
She’s often heard mumbling something followed by “Chopped Liver”.

John’s talents are far reaching. His background in construction at recognized firms such New Land Enterprises and Ollman Construction have prepared him for most any construction endeavor. While being a finish carpenter by trade, he has served in Project Manager, Forman, and Superintendent roles in past projects. Directing day to day activities for the Service Division, John’s thoroughness and follow through are what gets the job done.
When John’s not working, you can find him camping, fishing or just sitting back watching a [hopefully] great football game.

Cathy serves as the anchor of the Property Management Division overseeing day to day operations. Her exemplary personal skills and excellent project management abilities allow for unparalleled results. Cathy’s background includes years of service in healthcare working at numerous hospitals and private practices where she has held responsibilities including Office Manger & Director of Operations.
A rarely known interest of Cathy’s is her passion for hunting and ice fishing. Whenever she has a chance, she spends her free time with her kids and grandkids traveling and having fun in the sun.

With over half a Century of experience and success in Property Management and Development, Aaron Feldman has been an integral force in the growth of Feldman Real Estate. Having been involved in so many projects of significance he is clearly associated as a leader in his field and his opinion and expertise is sought on an ongoing basis. Aaron has continued to challenge himself outside of his real estate endeavors by developing his golf game and continuing his voracious reading style.
